Dreams of running away to join the circus have become reality for students at Triton College in suburban River Grove — but they don`t have to run very far.
The Triton Trouper Circus, now celebrating its 13th year, is coming to town March 22 and 23 for three special performances.
But from now until then, students and alumni who want to be a part of the Troupers will spend their evenings perfecting clown acts, skills on the high wire and trapeze and juggling prowess.
Then, when the crowds gather under the Big Top and the ringmaster announces the program, the performers will know firsthand the magic of joining the circus.
